Super Minerals Limited (ASX: S88) is an Australian gold-focused exploration and resource development company advancing a portfolio of highly prospective assets in south-east New South Wales. Established to advance and acquire underexplored gold assets in Australia, Super Minerals Limited is applying contemporary exploration techniques to a region with more than 150 years of gold history, yet limited modern exploration activity.
Yambulla Gold Project
The Company’s flagship asset is the Yambulla Gold Project, located ~30 kilometres from Eden in south-east New South Wales. Despite discovery in the 1880’s and decades of production, the Yambulla district has seen limited systematic modern exploration relative to Australia’s more established goldfields. This presents a compelling opportunity for a disciplined exploration team to unlock the true potential of a proven gold system.
Between 1899 and 1917, approximately 27,000 ounces of gold were extracted from Yambulla, principally from high-grade mines averaging >30g/t gold (or one ounce per tonne). Historical mining focused on shallow depths down to 50 to 100 metres, recovering oxidised material above the water table.
However, the goldfield’s full potential remains untested. Recent drilling has demonstrated significant gold mineralisation extending below historical mine workings and remaining open along strike. Super Minerals is not starting from scratch. Historical records, existing drilling data and geological information provide a strong foundation for systematic exploration designed to further define and expand known mineralisation.
The Yambulla Gold Project exhibits geological characteristics consistent with large-scale intrusion-related gold systems, presenting the opportunity to target both high-grade gold mineralisation and broader district-scale potential through systematic drilling and exploration programs.

Super Minerals holds a substantial district-scale tenement package spanning 478 square kilometres across south-east New South Wales, encompassing multiple historic mining areas. The Wolumla Gold Project, Nerrigundah Gold Project and Whipstick Critical Minerals Project all host extensive historical workings and represent significant exploration upside.
The Whipstick Project is particularly notable, with historical bismuth and molybdenum mining between 1891 and 1943. As global demand for critical minerals essential to battery technology and renewable energy systems accelerates, this asset provides additional long-term strategic optionality alongside the Company’s primary gold focus.
Super Minerals has assembled a Board and management team with extensive combined experience across exploration, mining operations, corporate finance and capital markets. The team brings deep technical expertise in gold geology and exploration, alongside significant commercial acumen in project evaluation, corporate strategy and shareholder value creation. This complementary skill base positions the Company to execute its disciplined exploration strategy and unlock the full potential of its portfolio.
